Leanne E. Reed, CLC, CCMC, LCSWR brings a unique blend of humor, candid truth, expertise and constant innovation to her clients. She has over 30 years creating excellence in the workplace and community. Presently, her company, Hubbub Solutions, provides coaching for executives, leaders and teams. The core of her work is creating courageous communication, high performance competencies and transforming through transitions. Consultation on organizational development and branding is also provided. Leanne’s experience includes leadership in both not for profit and corporate sectors as well as launching businesses of her own in coaching and promotional marketing. Throughout her career she has been active in the community serving on nine different boards, teaching at Nazareth College and contributing through committees for over 30 organizations. Leanne is a Certified Leadership Coach, Certified Career Management Coach, Certified Behavioral Analyst and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Leanne previously founded Hubbub Branding to focus on small and midsize companies in strategic brand development, visibility and marketing campaigns. After four successful years she was recruited by Staples Promotional Products to cultivate new markets in NY, PA and New England. She successfully delivered strategic expansion, new business development and new sales attainment.

Leanne provided senior leadership for multiple organizations for over 20 years. During that time she lead culture change, organization development, strategic planning and implementation, quality improvement, change management, succession planning, leader development, team and staff development, training, fundraising, community relations, marketing and community positioning.
